Wanna Date? is a brand of date fruit based spreads that are made to help people dieting without the need for added sugars. They have countless recipes for utilizing this product and have a large following on social media for their mission.
The objective of this project was to redesign packaging for a pre-existing brand. Since the labels on their current products are partially clear, there was inspiration draawn to work around the dead space with these labels. All while maintaining the ideas presented by the current product like typefaces and bold shapes.

The concept of a label that does not wrap entirely around makes the product unique. There is dead space to create a break in information and not overload a customer.
This design is more minimalistic and leads people to the shelves, believing that it is healthier and more organic because of the design.
